It has been a hectic end of summer, with school starting, business growing, and trying to find times to have some fun in between!
We have had a few opportunities though, my son’s 13th birthday, some volunteer work for ODFW, and a couple of camping trips.
It’s so hard to believe that my son turned 13 years old, he’s growing and maturing! The photo below is over 10 years. He is such a pleasure to have around and I’m proud of how he is doing in life!
My volunteer efforts with ODFW, the Oregon Department of Fish and Game, revolves around getting new hunters out in the field. We have seen an uptick of new hunters for various reasons, most of which revolve around sustainable and organic food sources. My focus is on ethical behaviors, protecting the environment, and teaching them how to have fun. Best of all, I get to bring my dogs along!
We did get out on the boat and up into the woods for a couple of short excursions, but we put our phones away and just enjoyed our time other :-)
That is all for now, have a great day!
